Paul Lentini, Owner and Head Coach

I have been in the CrossFit community for over 12 years, through all the stages of wellness, beginning with injury and sickness in my early 30’s, to Health, to Fitness, to Performance. I find it rewarding to bring athletes along this path of wellness and look forward to helping you achieve your goals.

When I’m not in the gym, I am most likely taking my daughter to one of her activities, or hanging out with my wife and two dogs.

Heather Kamal, Coach

I started CrossFit back in 2015, and instantly fell in love with the community. That community inspired me to be a better version of myself physically and mentally. In 2018 I decided to start coaching in order to give back to that community and help others along their health and fitness journey. I enjoy creating connections with members and learning about their goals so we can set up successful habits to achieve them. When I’m not in the gym, you can find me hiking, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog Whiskey.

Jess Wiles, Coach

My foray into CrossFit began in 2017. I was instantly impressed by the tight knit community and sense of belonging that came with the sport. Since then, I found my passion in helping others move well, and crush their goals no matter where they are in their fitness journey.

When I’m not coaching, you can usually find me out hiking, or at home with my dogs and a good book.

Jillian Lentini, Coach, Nutrition

I’ve been in the fitness and health space for more than a decade and love helping people establish the habits of being healthy and fit without it feeling like work. I started CrossFit in 2013 because I was waking up in pain daily after spending years under fueling and doing the cardio only game. It is empowering to help people learn how to lift and get stronger and I love sharing that passion with others. I love lifting and can’t imagine a life without a barbell in it. When I am not in the gym, you can find me walking my pupperonies or in my kitchen making all the foods.

Beth Aucoin, Coach

I started CrossFit in 2010 and haven’t looked back. I am a mom of 2 girls and have 1 dog, 2 guinea pigs and 6 chickens. It’s true when they say CrossFit is about functional fitness. I fully realized this when I had knee surgery at the start of covid. I was told I shouldn’t be squatting below parallel after surgery but smart rehab and a steady return, I am squatting again with no arthritic pain. This kind of fitness is crucial to my job. I need to squat, deadlift, climb, carry awkward things and have aerobic capacity to do these things without hurting myself. I grew up doing gymnastics and played soccer and softball in high school and college. I wish I was in this kind of mental and physical shape back then.
Favorite movements: lifting all the heavy things and gymnastics.
Favorite workouts: short and fast workouts that last less than 10 minutes.
Pet peeve: my bar weights not facing this same way.

Steph DeCaro Coach

I’ve been active my entire life but it wasn’t until I began doing CrossFit that I grew an appreciation for the strength and capabilities my body is able to achieve. I look forward to the mental and physical challenges that the gym offers every day and can not wait to share and guide others along this journey.

Hollie Mullane, Coach

Hollie Mullane has always enjoyed being active but in 2015 she walked into a CrossFit gym and found a second home. Hollie has a passion for helping others achieve their goals and a desire to give back to others what CrossFit has given to her; she had finally found something that drove her to constantly improve, and she became a Coach. Don’t be surprised if she gets more excited seeing her fellow athletes smash their goals than when she reaches her own! Hollie is continuing to improve herself; she has worked hard toward learning more about nutrition and recovery and the roles they play in fitness and overall health. In fact, she is a certified nutrition coach! When she’s not at the gym, she can probably be found at the fire station perusing her full time Firefighter/EMT dream!
